A great tour, packed with insights and information
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, hosted by Citlali.
Upon arrival we checked & received our tickets and we’re away promptly once the group of 21 assembled. Citlali gave us good logistic briefs throughout to keep us all together through security, boarding & disembarking of ferries.
On the tour itself she gave us really good info and came across so enthused. Able to provide lots of interesting facts, Citlali also found answers for the few questions she didn’t know.
In all we spent 5 hours on the tour, 4 hours with our guide.
Our only slight negative was that we didn’t have enough time on the Statue of Liberty island. It would have been nice to visit the museum & spend more time there.
But that didn’t detract too much from a great tour

Statue of Liberty, Ellis island tours with Citlali
Citlali Aguilar Canamar was out tour guide/leader. She was by far the best tour guide I’ve ever had on a New York tour experience. She watched over us like a mother hen,she made sure we all understood directions, and when she gave her tour information about the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, she was so complete in her descriptions. She was amusing,congenial, and welcoming. She made that whole days experience a five star event,

History made fun with Citlali
Great tour on a nice day. I never write reviews but our guide Citlali was very knowledgeable and made learning about the Statue of liberty and Ellis island more fun than I expected. Our son enjoyed guessing at the answers to her questions as well. The only thing I'd change is that I wish we had more than 35 minutes to explore on our own, we had to pick between food and the museum. 5 stars for our guide.

Would Tour Again
Such an incredible way to see some NYC and American history up close. The tour logistics and ferry were easy to navigate. We had Citlali as our tour guide and she did an incredible job bringing the stories of these locations to life with her descriptions. She was friendly and able to answer all of our questions, and provided some great inside knowledge on these historical locations. Would highly recommend this on your visit to the city!

"Great tour, great guide!"
Citlali was great. My 2nd time on this tour but still learned a ton of new stuff. Always fun to see the Statue of Liberty up close.

Wonderful tour
This tour was wonderful!! Well organized and very interesting. Citlali, our tour guide, was excellent! Very informative and explained everything about the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. I would highly recommend this tour!
